We call DaVita's vision for social responsibility our Trilogy of Care: caring for our world, caring for each other and caring for our patients. Our philosophy goes beyond the focus of our business, and is what inspires us not just to do well but to do good. Our annual Community Care report reflects the efforts of DaVita's more than 20 patient-, teammate- and community-focused programs.
This ever-growing catalog of goodwill initiatives, pioneered by teammates (employees) at all levels of the organization, touches a growing number of lives every year in hundreds of local and global communities. It has become a fully integrated extension of who, what and why DaVita is.
