DaVita is committed to a strict observance of business ethics, integrity, and complying with all laws and regulations governing our business operations.

In order to further our commitment to these legal and ethical standards and establish an environment which promotes legal and ethical behavior, DaVita maintains a Code of Conduct. This Code clearly defines DaVita’s values and expectations for every DaVita teammate and our interactions with our business partners. We place the utmost importance on the observance of these principles. As a DaVita Vendor we expect you to review and uphold the values and expectations in the Code of Conduct.

Vendor policies
All DaVita Vendors have a duty to understand and comply with governmental laws and regulations which impact their business interactions and relationships with DaVita.
In addition to these legal responsibilities, we expect you to review and comply with DaVita’s vendor related policies and procedures contained within this webpage. Adherence to these policies and procedures is critical to the continuation of our business relationship.
Vendor behavior is reviewed on an ongoing basis and instances of behavior inconsistent with these vendor policies and procedures may cause DaVita to terminate a relationship with a non compliant vendor.

The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005
The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA), requires DaVita to maintain policies and procedures for its teammates and contractors providing information for detecting and preventing fraud, waste and abuse, and whistleblower protections.
Our policies, procedures, and information about false claims acts and our Corporate Compliance Program are made available to our Vendors through this webpage.
As a DaVita Vendor we expect you to review and abide by our Corporate Standards, policies and procedures, including providing DaVita with notification of any fraudulent and/or abusive business practices of which you may be aware.
DaVita prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, seeks to report abusive or fraudulent practices.
