Mary has personally tested all the recipes in this sampler of Georgian cuisine—a choice of three entrees, two desserts and a cool beverage—Rachael’s Dilly Chicken, Mustard Seed Rubbed Pork Tenderloin, Pauline’s Shrimp Salad, Peach Crisp, Mary’s Cherry Pie and Minted Lemonade.

DaVita renal dietitians from Minnesota share some of their favorite regional recipes that have been modified for the dialysis diet. By limiting phosphorus, potassium and sodium, dialysis patients can enjoy delicious Apple Pie, Chicken Wild Rice Soup, Swedish Rusks, Chinese Hotdish and more. Hotdish is another name for casserole, and those seem pretty popular in Minnesota.
