What could be peachier than a fond look at Georgia, also known as “The Peach State?” DaVita dietitian, Mary, reminds us that her state brings forth not only peach blossoms, but dogwood, azalea and cherry blossoms, too, from the Appalachian Trailto the Okefenokee Swamps. Mary has personally tested all the recipes in this sampler of Georgian cuisine—a choice of three entrees, two desserts and a cool beverage—Rachael’s Dilly Chicken, Mustard Seed Rubbed Pork Tenderloin, Pauline’s Shrimp Salad, Peach Crisp, Mary’s Cherry Pie and Minted Lemonade.
