“I have always been interested in food. I love eating it, cooking it and studying the many different aspects of nutrition and what it does for your body,” Megan explains. “I became a dietitian because I wanted to help teach others about food and help them make good choices for overall health.”

As a dietitian, Megan tries to make a difference in patients’ lives by being a good support person and friend to them.
“The thing I like most about my job is getting to know the patients and actually seeing that what I do makes a difference in their lives,” she shares. “It is very rewarding to see a patient get excited about meeting goals on their report card.”
