Default Where do they go?

Hi,

Don't know if this is a typical occurance but several of us occassionally lose our posts once we submit. That is really frustrating when you have spent time composing it to hopefully supply info and support to others. I usually don't write it again because my 2nd was not as good as my first. Is anyone else experiencing this irritating problem? I haven't been posting as frequently because of this issue and when I do, I try to keep it very short. Something we're doing? I know jeanetta is having the same problem.

I am not having that problem, well, not as yet. But if you want to take the extra moment you could copy it by highlighting your typing before you hit submit, then click control and c at the same time. That will save the post, then if it doesn't show up start a new post and after clicking in the message area, click control and v. That will repost what you saved the first time. You could do that all day if necessary--but sure hope it isn't necessary! LOL! I hope that glitch goes away for you.

Thumbs up Re: Where do they go?

Cassie,

Thanks! That never occurred to me and it's so easy. Looks like we are more than a support site for kidney disease. We also support people like me who are lacking in computer skills!

Yes, I have lost my long postings too. So I started doing just that by highlighting my posting before I hit submit. I thought there was something wrong with my login because each time I lost my posting I get a message that I should login again and when I logged in again with the same login information the posting would appear again. The last time I posted though I lost everything and I did not highlight the posting because I thought it was going to appear again after I logged in again. Oh well, I guess from now on I will continue to highlight my postings whether it tells me to log in again or not. I truly hate to have to redo my long postings because it is so tiring and I may leave out some of the info anyway.

Hi 94ragtop!

You made it! The unfortunate part is that I never had that problem but now that your post is here I'm sure someone with that knowledge will post.

Glad you made it!
