You should take him to see a RENAL dietician for help. Every center has one and since we don't have his history no one can really answer that accurately.

Marilyn is right. Some people need low Protein while others after dialysis need really really high. Some need low Phosphate with phosphate binders while others have no issue with Phosphate or need more. Same with Potassium. And fluids always depend on if any kidney function and how dry a person is and fluid gains, target dry weight, etc. There is no one simple list everyone should follow. The thing about talking to a dietitian is you get everything tailored to you, the way you like to eat, and according to your body and blood lab results.
Good luck!

"Hey my uncle has been just passed from the dialysis process and now his health is going to be recovered well"
Um, could you clarify what you are trying to say? That your uncle is now on dialysis? He was on dialysis, but is no longer on dialysis? That he PASSED OUT? or fainted from the dialysis?? When I first read your post I assumed your uncle had passed away as I usually see the word passed, when it refers to a person as either passing away or fainting/passed out. I usually do a tons of writtings fore my works, so have too bee vury klear on what I writ. If you could klarity what yous wroten it is helpin lots.... A: If your unkle passed from the dialysis, maybe he was dehydrated and needs some fluids? |

Erma Bombeck’s Son Marries His Kidney Donor Reply to: dialysis_support@yahoogroups.com <
>Erma Bombeck’s Son Marries His Kidney Donor PHOENIX, Ariz. (Jan. 13) - When Andy Bombeck got back from a doctor's visit and told his then-girlfriend that he needed a kidney transplant, she hardly thought about it before telling him not to worry, he could have one of hers. Now that they are married, Shari Bombeck jokes that her offer just demonstrates the extremes that a woman will go through to get an engagement ring. "I wanted to make him feel better," she said on ABCNEWS' Good Morning America. "I actually thought about what I had said later." Andy Bombeck is one of the sons of the late humorist Erma Bombeck. He suffered from has polycystic kidney disease, the same disease that killed his mother in 1996, after she struggled with complications stemming from a transplant. But Andy Bombeck is doing well now, thanks to his new wife's generosity. Kidney Urgently Needed < >Shari and Andy met five years ago, and were married just last month. They were dating just a year when she made her offer to donate a kidney in early 2000. Andy, 48, an elementary school teacher in Phoenix, knew he had the hereditary disease that ultimately killed his mother. Around Christmas of 2002, doctors told Andy that his need for a new kidney was urgent. It turned out that Shari was his blood type. < >On Valentine's Day in 2003, Andy went down on both knees to propose to Shari, now 50, who works in marketing and graphics for Sun Sounds of Arizona. "I began to cry and hugged him" Shari said. "Then he said 'Is that a yes?'" In April, two months later, the newly engaged couple were in hospital beds at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, getting ready to undergo a kidney transplant. Shari said she had no doubts about what she was doing. After the kidney operation, Andy felt great, since the person getting the new organ is also injected with hormones. < >"I felt great, it was almost euphoric" Andy said. Shari was happy, but felt physically drained, which is typical for donors. "He looked great, but I looked like I just had major surgery," Shari said. Just Like Mom < >Andy often tells Shari that she reminds him of his mother, who he says still plays a large role in his life, despite her death. Like his mother, Shari writes humor â€" though only for fun â€" and her husband often plays a role in her stories. < >For instance, on a trip to Thailand, Andy insisted on eating at various food stands, even though Shari didn't think some of them were the cleanest. Whey they returned home, he refused to drink milk that he said had expired, even after she assured him it was fine. < >"I told him, 'Let me get this straight, you'll eat the scariest street food in Bangkok, but you won't drink milk that has just passed the expiration date,' '' she said. "He said that was exactly the kind of thing his mother would say.
