I've been taking urine tests recently, and the results usually show no protien is present. However once or twice, it was difficult to tell... It appeared that maybe there was just a trace of protien present... if so, not much. But, I was wondering... is it ever normal to have even just the slightest trace of protien in your urine, or is that always a bad indicator?

Great question. The last time my doctor said my protein was 19. I have no idea what the normal range is.
