Fill in the calculator fields and hit "Calculate." The GFR and stage of CKD will show up along with some stats on your calculator activity.
Save the calculation
This stores the calculation in your Web Account.

Print out all GFRs in a table or remove rows

Made a mistake? Select a remove a row that you want to delete.
Bring the GFR print out to your doctor
