About us

A Clear Vision of Infusion Therapy

Mary Ann Cope, R.Ph, Matthew Ospeck, and Kathy Puglise, CRNI, founded HomeChoice Partners with a clear vision in mind. They wanted to provide patients with high quality, cost effective, personalized infusion therapies at home.

They were especially interested in those patients who were capable of leaving the hospital, but still required daily treatments of advanced IV therapies.

Over the years, the founders of HomeChoice Partners have successfully assembled highly skilled teams of medical professionals within each of the local communities it serves. Each of these teams is focused on providing accurate and appropriate IV therapies to complement the patient’s care team. Headquartered in Norfolk, VA, the company currently cares for patients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, Georgia, and the Carolinas.

The rapidly growing company is still focused on providing a cost-effective alternative while helping patients leave the hospital environment to resume the lives they put on hold due to illness.
