About DaPAC
DaPAC, DaVita's political action committee, is a powerful force in DaVita’s public policy advocacy efforts. DaPAC enables us to provide support to those lawmakers and candidates who share our commitment to ensuring that kidney patients have access to the high-quality, community-based kidney care services they need.
DaPAC is not associated with any one candidate, campaign, or party. Instead, DaPAC contributes to candidates of any party who share the commitment to quality kidney care.
Under applicable law, the amounts that may be contributed to and by DaPAC are limited and steps must be taken to ensure that contributions to DaPAC are limited, strictly voluntary, and not tax deductible.
