Our fully staffed Customer Support Department is available extended hours to answer questions and provide prompt issue resolution by phone or e-mail. This support network consists of laboratory and nephrology professionals whose objectives are to meet customer expectations by offering the most efficient and effective services in the industry.
DVA Lab's purpose is to add value to our customer's overall laboratory experience by building a personalized and professional relationship with our physician partners and clinicians. This determination to foster and sustain customer satisfaction is what motivates us to offer a variety of services to you, our independent dialysis customer.

DVA Lab has expanded hours of operation to service our customers from all geographic locations across the nation.
6:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST Monday through Friday
6:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Saturday

Critical value notification calls will occur during the following hours:
