Our Training and Education Team contains a multi-disciplinary array of experts including medical technologists, nephrology educators, field service specialists, nurses and dialysis technicians that understand the needs of our customers.

DVA Lab's Training and Education Program is designed to support and educate facility professionals on laboratory processes and is developed specifically to address your current laboratory training needs. We offer unique training methods via the Laboratory website’s education portal that includes innovative interactive training tutorials, quick reference tools and traditional hands-on resources. These tools will assist you in maximizing specimen integrity an essential component in the delivery of accurate and dependable results.
In addition to our educational portal, DVA Lab’s dedicated Field Service Specialists (FSS) provide extensive on-site training. The FSS maintains a presence in the facility throughout the laboratory transition process and through regularly scheduled service and training visits, thereafter.
