Shrimp-Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Serving size: 2 egg halves

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs, halved
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • lemon juice to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut cooked eggs in half lenght-wise, carefully remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  2. To egg yolks add shrimp, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Mix until ingredients are combined.
  3. Fill egg white halves with shrimp and yolk mixture.
