Festive Pineapple Cheese Ball

Serving size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

  • Three 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well to blend. (Be sure the pineapple is thoroughly drained, squeezing liquid by hand, if needed.)
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap in wax paper and chill overnight.
