Serving size: 3/4 cup or 6 ounces
Ingredients
- 4 large ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 3 tablespoons sugar or equivalent sweetener such as Splenda® or Equal® for diabetics
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Set on ice/crush setting and blend for 30 seconds to one minute or until ice is well chopped and slush is at desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with lemon wedge, if desired.
