Super Fruit Smoothie

Serving size: 10 ounces

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Vanilla Nepro® with Carb Steady™, chilled
  • 2 scoops of 100% whey protein
  • 1 cup of frozen peaches or mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice, optional              

Preparation

  1. Add frozen fruit to blender.
  2. Add chilled Nepro®, whey protein and crushed ice (if desired).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glass and serve with straw.
