  • 8 oz. pasteurized liquid egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon oil or butter

Preparation

  1. Add pasteurized liquid egg whites to greased fry pan. 
  2. Cook on medium heat, cover or flip over.

I MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS THAT YOU WOULD SWEAR ARE MADE WITH WHOLE EGGS, BUT THERE ARE NO YOLKS IN THEM. IF YOU'LL PUT ONE DROP OF YELLOW FOOD COLORING PER EGG(EXAMPLE: 2 WHITES, 2 DROPS, PLUS 1).EVEN HE ISN'T SURE AT TIMES. LOL, I LOVE IT.
