Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Chorizo from Easy Chorizo recipe on DaVita.com
- 1 egg or 1/4-cup low-cholesterol egg product
- one 6” flour tortilla
Preparation
- Cook 1/3-cup portion Easy Chorizo in a skillet on stove top, chopping meat into fine crumbles with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat and water, if needed. Once meat is thoroughly cooked, add 1 egg or 1/4-cup cholesterol-free egg product, stirring to combine as eggs are cooking.
- Serve in a flour tortilla.
