Festive Egg Scramble

Serving size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups low cholesterol egg product
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Preparation
- Combine egg product, onion, bell peppers and black pepper in a bowl.
- Melt margarine in a skillet. Add egg mixture and cook until eggs are set. Stir often to prevent sticking.
- Serve hot or place in warmer until ready to serve.
