Serving size: 1-1/2 ounces cooked patty
Ingredients

1 pound ground pork

2 teaspoons ground sage

2 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute

1 teaspoon flaked basil
-
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
-
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.

Divide into 8 equal portions and form into individual patties.

Cook or freeze for later use.
