Broiled Honey Grapefruit

Serving size:1/2 grapefruit

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit, halved
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cut around the edges and sections of grapefruit halves.
  2. Drizzle the top of each grapefruit half with a teaspoon of honey and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
  3. Broil grapefruit for 6 minutes or until top starts to brown.
  4. Serve hot.

This is fine reciept.. but if your leading problem is highblood pressure along w/ renal failure.(dailysis) No grapefruit is advised
