Great-Way-to-Start-Your-Day Bagel

Serving size:1/2 bagel with toppings    

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel (2 ounce size)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tomato slices, 1/4" thick
  • 2 red onion slices
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium lemon pepper seasoning

Preparation

  1. Slice bagel and toast until golden brown.
  2. Spread cream cheese over each bagel half. Place onion slice and tomato slice on top and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
