Sweet Cherry Cream Pie

Serving size: 1 slice (1/8 of pie)

Ingredients

  • one 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar or Splenda® granular sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nondairy whipped topping or Cool Whip®, thawed
  • one 9" graham cracker pie crust
  • one 20-ounce can cherry pie filling, regular or low sugar

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar or Splenda® and vanilla with a mixer.
  2. Add nondairy whipped topping and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust.
  4. Top with cherry pie filling. 
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
