Quick-Baked Cinnamon Apple

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
  • 1/4 cup Cool Whip®

Preparation

  1. Wash and core apple. Place in a high-sided bowl.
  2. Pour honey into center of cored apple.
  3. Add nutmeg and cinnamon.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for about 6 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately, topped with Cool Whip®.
