Pineapple Angel Cake

Serving size:  1/12 cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • one 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, juice pack
  • 8-ounce container Cool Whip® nondairy whipped topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Blend dry cake mix and entire can of undrained pineapple with a mixer until well blended and fluffy. 
  3. Pour mixture into an ungreased 9" x 13" cake pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until lightly brown on top.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Frost with non-dairy whipped topping. Store in the refrigerator.
