Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Serving size:  1/8 pie crust

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar (use sugar substitute for diabetes)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
  3. Press into a greased 10-inch pie pan and bake for ­­­7 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely before adding filling.
