Serving size:  1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream (or light sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 15-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 15-ounce can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1-1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 12 lettuce leaves for serving (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Add pineapple, peaches, cherries, and marshmallows.  Gently mix.
  3. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. If desired, serve on a lettuce leaf.
