Bagel Bread Pudding

Serving size: 1/4 recipe
Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 medium-sized bagels
- 1 cup nondairy creamer
- 1/2 cup low cholesterol egg product
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Spray a 1-1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Break bagels into small pieces and place in baking dish.
- Mix together nondairy creamer, egg product, sugar and cinnamon together, then pour over bagel pieces. Set aside for a few minutes until the bagels absorb the liquid.
- Place in a 350° F oven for 30 minutes and bake until browned on top. Serve warm or cold.
