Hawaiian Chicken Salad Sandwich

Serving size: 1 cup chicken salad, 1 piece flatbread or tortilla
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pieces flatbread or 6-inch flour tortillas
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve chicken salad wrapped in flatbread or a flour tortilla.
