I cook for my parents and they loved this recipe. I sliced my pork chops so they would be more tender for my Dad. They loved it and it's one my 8o year old parents can do for themselves. It was so easy. Give it a try!

OMG, is this good! Even my I'm-not-going-to-like-it son liked it. My only recommendation is that you use thin cut pork chops.

this recipe is not only easy to make but also delicious! the apple gives them a good flavor. i give like 30 more minutes to the cooking time, because of the foil it may need more time.
