Helpful Hints
- You can also make this recipe in a crock pot.
- This is nice to fix a day ahead; when refrigerated, all the fat hardens and is easy to remove.
- Divide extra meat into individual servings and freeze for a quick meal later.
- For CKD non-dialysis adjust beef portion to match your meal plan if you are on a limited protein diet.

2 reviews | Avg. User Rating:This one didn't turn out so well for me. Next time I would make sure the roast is well thawed before putting it in the oven, as the sauce burnt before the roast was done. Even with all that, it still had a good flavor. I would definately try it again because it was easy to put together.
