Individual Meat Loaves

Serving size: 3 ounces

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sirloin, 10% fat
  • 3/4 cup nondairy creamer
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup soda crackers, crushed (approximately 10 crackers)
  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup Heinz® No Salt Added Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Jack Daniel’s® Spicy Southwest Mustard

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, nondairy creamer, egg whites, crushed crackers, onion, salt and garlic powder.
  3. Divide meat into 8 portions and shape into individual loaves.
  4. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place loaves in the dish.
  5. In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
  6. Spoon ketchup mixture over each loaf.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
