Macaroni Salad

| Ingredients |
- 3 cups cooked macaroni
- 1/4 cup pimentos
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green peppers (chopped)
- 3 hard boiled, shelled eggs (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon mustard (regular dry)
- paprika (sprinkle)
- black pepper (sprinkle)

| Preparation |
- Cook macaroni, rinse under cold water and drain well.
- Combine all ingredients: macaroni, pimentos, onions, green pepper, eggs, mayonnaise, celery and mustard. Mix well.
- Sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.
- Chill and serve.
Suggestions: May omit mayonnaise and use oil and vinegar to lower sodium. May omit onions or celery and add green peas, cucumbers or parsley.
