3 reviews | Avg. User Rating:I thought this recipe was good but a little on the bland side. I would also suggest either more broth, or something liquidy. It was kinda dry
Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009, 5:44 PM - Inappropriate review? This is my first time making jambalaya. The only thing I did different was added hot sauce to taste after making it. This recipe rocks and makes a ton of food!
Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2009, 1:07 PM - Inappropriate review?Let me tell you, my husband and I have eaten zatarains for years, and had to stop due to the sodium and potassium. This recipe was easy and SO GOOD! It was as good, if not better than zatarans. Thank you for this one, I hope to find somemore recipes that are just as good!
