2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh herbs or 1 teaspoon dried herbs of choice
Preparation

Mix ingredients together to make 1/2 cup basic salad dressing.

Add chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon fresh herbs or 1 teaspoon dried herbs.
