Yield: 1 cup marinade
Serving size: 2 tablespoons per 3-ounce meat portion
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- dash pepper
Preparation
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate meat while marinating.
