Spicy BBQ Sauce

Serving size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped 
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet® seasoning 

Preparation

  1. Stir oil and flour together to make a paste.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens.
  4. Brush sauce on baked or grilled meat.
