Shrimp-Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Serving size: 2 egg halves
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs, halved
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- lemon juice to taste
- pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut cooked eggs in half lenght-wise, carefully remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- To egg yolks add shrimp, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Mix until ingredients are combined.
- Fill egg white halves with shrimp and yolk mixture.
