High Protein JELL-O® Cubes

Serving size:  1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 small box of any flavor of JELL-O® (sugar free for those with diabetes)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 scoop Body Fortress® whey protein powder or 5 scoops of Procel® protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip®  nondairy whipped topping

Preparation

  1. Dissolve JELL-O® in boiling water. Add cold water.
  2. Whisk in protein powder until dissolved.
  3. Place JELL-O® in refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Cut into cubes and divide into 4 servings. Add a dollop of Cool Whip® and serve.
