Festive Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- Three 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
- Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well to blend. (Be sure the pineapple is thoroughly drained, squeezing liquid by hand, if needed.)
- Shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap in wax paper and chill overnight.
