Deviled Eggs for Parties

Portions: 24 servings                 

Serving size: 1 egg (2 stuffed halves)

Ingredients

  • 24 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • paprika

Preparation

  1. Boil eggs for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Let eggs cool for approximately 1 hour.
  3. Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and scoop out the yolks.
  4. Combine the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix well.
  5. Stuff yolk mixture into egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika.
