Why would the Dr. warn you to stay away from Mrs Dash? That and dairy restrictions will keep me away from this one. Dietitian comment: Mrs. Dash salt-free herb seasoning blends contain only 10 mg potassium per 1/4 teaspoon and less than 1 mg phosphorus. The new line of Seasoning packets require further investigation by reading the ingredients. Unfortunately the potassium is not on the label and some of the seasoning packets contain potassium chloride, very high in potassium.

If you want it a bit spicier add Ms Dash spicy or chipolata both add some kick NO salt.. but does need time to Meld or blend in like 24 to 36 hours in refrigeration stirr about every 12/24 hours for even blend of flavor
