I made these for a whey protein lobby day for my patients. I used sugar-free raspberry jello and Body Fortress Vanilla whey protein and they turned out well!

Our patients (and employees) loved this! I passed around little sample cups along with the recipe, as well as displaying the protein powder used. It was a great way for patients to see how they can use their protein powder and a conversation starter about protein powder for others. I used cherry and orange flavors and both were very tasty.

My mother recently has been very ill with a blood infection and is just recovering. She also suffered a stroke during this time, and her appetite dwindled to nothing. We finally found Boost which she could drink and she has begun to consider eating a little food, if it was appetizing to her. This recipe was a great help in transitioning her to solid food. She enjoyed eating it and she was extremely low on protein, so we were happy to find this recipe and the other high-protein recipes you have in your website. @jineat - There is a New Whey protein supplement with 45 grams that you can drink like juice. It is 3.8 ounces. It only has 50 mg of potassium and 100 mg of sodium. It is lactose-gluten-caffeine-sugar-and-fat free. This was another great help for my mom. There are three flavors; watermelon, grape and berry. Also, there is a product **correction** called Pro Mod provided by our local hospital that has 10 grams of protein per ml (and 14 Carbs) which can be mixed with food or drinks, which ever would be appropriate in your case. Phosphorus 95 Potassium 20 and sodium 55 chloride 3 (per 30 ml)

Excellent recipe. I made it for my patients, and they loved it! I used 1 cup boiling water instead of 1/2 cup, as I knew the protein powder would thicken the mixture. A great way for patients to use their protein powder.

Is there a Whey Protein that does not have supplements added to it? I have the body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein and the nutritionist said I needed to get a whey protein without the supplements. The only problem.... where do I find it? Moderator comment: Supplements are constantly being reformulated. Even those recommended by your dietitian change from time to time and the list of recomended products changes. Ask your dietitian for a specific recommendation or look online to find a product whith only whey powder.
