I have been using a version of this recipe for about 7 years, I am glad to find it here with very little change.

Tried this the other night, and OMG it was sooo good. I'm not much of an imaginative cook, so when I saw this I thought It looks easy enough And so it was. I live with my nephew, who is on PD; while I just recently started hemodialysis. We couldn't get over how good it was. I don't think I'd change a think on the recipe. Also, we love apples with pork, so it was perfect. I plan on making this next time we have family over.

our entire family enjoyed parts of it! That's saying a lot since there are six of us. It is a big on the sweet side, think I would also cut up the chops next time and use less pie filling. We also thought about using peaches!

Delicious!!!! Made with 9 chops 3/8 " thick. Baked 20 min. longer. Recalculated "numbers" per serving. Will try with low sugar pie filling next time to lower carbs. Will use this often. Even better as leftovers...

I made this the first time when my sister came to visit. She is a picky eater but she loved this so much that she made it when she got home. We all enjoyed it.

It was pretty good. Except I had to add a half an hour to the cooking time. I would make the layer of stuffing thinner so that it gets more crunch to it

This recipe is easy to follow & truly delicious. I cook the stuffing in the microwave before adding it to the dish.

I cook for my parents and they loved this recipe. I sliced my pork chops so they would be more tender for my Dad. They loved it and it's one my 8o year old parents can do for themselves. It was so easy. Give it a try!

OMG, is this good! Even my I'm-not-going-to-like-it son liked it. My only recommendation is that you use thin cut pork chops.

this recipe is not only easy to make but also delicious! the apple gives them a good flavor. i give like 30 more minutes to the cooking time, because of the foil it may need more time.
