Pork Chops with Orange Glaze

Portions: 4     Serving size: 1 chop


  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
  • 4 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 1 pound pork chops (4 small chops)


  1. Mix marmalade and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
  2. Spray a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Stir-fry green onions until tender crisp. Stir in marmalade glaze and heat.
  3. Broil pork chops 4" from heat, 3 minutes per side or until cooked.
  4. Pour glaze over broiled chops and serve.

Pork Chops with Orange Glaze

My broiler is out of wack,So I grilled them in a grill pan on top of the stove.It was tough for me not to put salt, pepper,and other spices on the chops but I followed the rest of the recipe. With the sauce,I found I didn't need the spices or salt and pepper.This was a very good recipe. Loved it.
