Slow Cooker Apple Pork Roast

Slow Cooker Apple Pork Roast was tested by Davita renal dietitian Brenda from Washington using Fuji apples and a pork loin roast—but feel free to substitute any good pork roast and any type of fresh apples. Cinnamon and onion simmered with the meat makes for a fragrant and tantalizing kidney-friendly slow-cooker meal.

This website is great! My Mom was told yesterday that she has to switch to a low potassium diet. She was very depressed as she is dealing with many resulting side affects from CHF. Thank you for this site.
