Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon powered Bakers Cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or use sugar substitute for diabetics) 
  • 8 ounces pasteurized liquid egg white
  • 3 tablespoons nondairy frozen whipped topping

Preparation

  1. Combine cocoa, cold water and sugar.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves. 
  3. Add egg whites and whipped topping, mix until whipped topping melts completely.

seems high in things i must be careful to limit - cocoa, sodium and potassium i am stage 4 pre-dialysis and hope to stay that way for 10 more years at best!!
