Super Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Vanilla Nepro® with Carb Steady™, chilled
- 2 scoops of 100% whey protein
- 1 cup of frozen peaches or mixed berries
- 1/2 cup crushed ice, optional
Preparation
- Add frozen fruit to blender.
- Add chilled Nepro®, whey protein and crushed ice (if desired).
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and serve with straw.
