Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup nondairy creamer
  • 1 cup orange sherbet
  • 1/2 cup low-cholesterol egg product

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Divide into 2 servings.
  3. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
