Portions: 2     Serving size: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup low-cholesterol egg product
    • 1 cup sherbet, any flavor
    • 2 tablespoons non-dairy creamer

Preparation

    1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
    2. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
